What?
At the heart of any hopsitality and recreation organization is the customer, the services, and the people that run them. The need to analyze the constant change in behaviors, processes, and integrate data and analytics from ever-modernizing equipment is critical.
The need to be able to effectively scale the analytics and reporting capability on a seasonal basis is critical and doesnt suit having FTE's dipping and spiking in availability all the time.
How?
Proactiviti were able to rapdily indentify someone from our Data and Analytics team to onboard and begin analyzing data and producing meaningful insights to drive optimization of customer workflows and processes and visibility into the performance of the service teams, infrastructure, and operations.
Landing a Power BI expert, we quickly hit the ground and were able to scale the BI teams capabilities, and move gradually into strategic work.
Impact
The BI teams were able to meet seasonal data analysis and reporting demands, scale as required, and bring in skills that were affordable, and meshed easily with existing agile teams in the same timezone.
