As an organization committed to upholding the principles enshrined in the United Nations Covenant on Human Rights, we affirm our dedication to the protection and promotion of the inherent dignity and equal rights of all individuals. We pledge to safeguard the rights to life, liberty, and security of person without discrimination of any kind, including race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, or other status. We recognize the right of every person to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion, and to freedom of opinion and expression. We are committed to ensuring the right to work, to just and favorable conditions of work, to social security, and to the right to an adequate standard of living. We reject all forms of discrimination, violence, exploitation, and oppression, and we strive to create an inclusive and equitable environment where human rights are respected, protected, and fulfilled for all.

 

We commit to conducting our business activities in a manner that respects and promotes human rights, both within our organization and throughout our supply chain.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to human rights in the jurisdictions where we operate, including but not limited to the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols.

We strive to exceed legal requirements and align our practices with internationally recognized human rights standards.

We offer a fair living wage that is equal regardless of gender, race, ethnicity or background.

Our workforce is employed free of slavery or forced labor, and we ensure that these policies are upheld and demonstrated by our partners, suppliers, and clients.

3. Integration of Human Rights:

8. Accountability and Governance:

The Human Resources and People Department is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and ensuring compliance with its provisions during marketing, recruitment, onboarding, and career welfare of our people and clients.

 

All employees are responsible for upholding this policy and are encouraged to raise any concerns or questions they may have regarding human rights issues.

 

This Human Rights Policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders associated with Proactiviti LLC and serves as a guiding framework for our commitment to respecting and promoting human rights in everything we do.
