Role Description
Lead the UX design process for web applications, from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless, user-centric approach.
Leverage your understanding of business standards & processes, industry trends and best practices to create a meaningful design.
Create detailed user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes that advocate for our users' needs and align with business goals.
Facilitate workshops and design sprints to ideate, iterate, and converge on design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and translate business goals into unique user experiences.
Create detailed UX designs for multi-modal software products that are ready for developers to execute. Collaborate with lead engineers and architects to support solutioning.
Drive UX conversations, presenting designs and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
What you'll do
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web applications.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Axure.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility and user experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and drive design conversations.
Intra-personal skills are a must to connect with your users and build a relationship with clients.
