This role is dedicated to designing and delivering AI-powered automation and intelligent solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. As a client-facing consultant, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, build and customize Copilot agents, and integrate advanced AI capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The position requires translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that leverage conversational AI, semantic search, and predictive modeling to enhance productivity and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation—capable of bridging the gap between enterprise needs and cutting-edge AI technology to deliver measurable business impact.

Role Description

Design RAG-based solutions for integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio into existing M365 services (e.g., Dataverse, Power Automate) and end-user experiences.
Build and customize Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for company-specific use cases such as automated document management and data analysis in Excel, Teams, and Power BI.
Design conversational flows, intents, and entities to meet end-user and client requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Copilot capabilities, and develop both functional and technical specifications.
Implement governance best practices and ensure compliance with Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles using Microsoft Purview.
Design, build, and deploy AI Builder models (form processing, prediction, object detection, classification) for intelligent automation within Power Platform applications.
Manage the end-to-end AI model lifecycle, including data preparation, labeling, training, evaluation, and retraining.
Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance and user engagement.
Support the development, deployment, and execution of M365 Power Platform services; contribute to roadmaps and service strategies.
Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
Implement data integrations using Power Automate and Dataverse.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Champion a collaborative culture, share knowledge, and foster innovation.
Create detailed engineering documentation, including Visio diagrams, As-Built documents, run books, and knowledge guides.
Work independently and adapt effectively to changing requirements.
Participate actively in Agile Scrum sprints and ceremonies.
Stay current with emerging technologies and provide recommendations to management.

What you'll do

5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Minimum 2 years of experience building AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles for chatbot and conversational design.
Hands-on experience with workflows, custom connectors, and API integrations.
Proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) development, particularly with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
Familiarity with AI governance, data compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
Practical experience integrating Power Platform, M365, and SharePoint.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within Agile teams.
C1 English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
