As a UX Designer, you play an essential role in shaping intuitive and engaging web applications for our clients. Working across the design process—from concept to delivery—you focus on creating user-centered solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.

You contribute by designing clean, effective user interfaces, mapping user journeys, identifying core user tasks, and participating in workshops to gather insights and align with client goals. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with client stakeholders, developers, consultants, and business users to ensure designs are both practical and impactful.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure enables you to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly communicate ideas. Your experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility best practices helps guide informed design decisions. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript further supports your ability to collaborate with developers and understand design feasibility.

Role Description

  • Contribute to the UX design process for web applications, supporting efforts from concept through delivery to ensure a seamless, user-focused experience.

  • Apply your knowledge of business processes, industry standards, and design best practices to create meaningful, effective design solutions.

  • Develop user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes that advocate for users’ needs while aligning with business goals.

  • Participate in workshops and design sprints to explore ideas, iterate on feedback, and help shape user-centric solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and translate goals into intuitive user experiences.

  • Produce detailed UX designs for multi-modal software products that developers can easily implement, working alongside engineers and architects to support execution.

  • Contribute to UX discussions by sharing design rationale and aligning on strategy with team members and stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on current UX trends, tools, and methodologies, and bring fresh ideas and improvements to the team when appropriate.

What you'll do

  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on responsive web applications.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.

  • Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.

  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they influence design decisions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to and support workshops and collaborative design sessions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a user-first mindset and the ability to build trust with both users and clients.

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to both the big picture and fine details.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
