Who you'll work with
You will work closely with IT administrators, network engineers, and end users to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth operations. This role involves collaborating with business teams, coordinating with Microsoft support and external vendors when needed, and reporting to the IT Manager or Infrastructure Lead while supporting both local and remote environments.
Build, rebuild, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook profiles (PST/OST, connectivity, licensing).
Support Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint integration and access issues.
Perform basic computer, printer, and network troubleshooting (VPN, VLAN, subnets).
Manage Entra ID accounts, licenses, and security groups.
Assist with domain setup, DNS records, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Provide end-user support and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
What you'll do
2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Understanding of network fundamentals, VPN, DNS, and identity management (Entra ID).
Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and basic domain setup.
Solid grasp of computer hardware, peripherals, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, AZ-900, AZ-104, MD-102, CCNA/CCNP.

Role Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies and networking principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments, as well as providing end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
