Role Description
Configuration and Customization
Manage and maintain the CRM platform, including the configuration of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
Develop and implement workflows, process builder, and automation tools to streamline business processes.
Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and views to provide actionable insights and data analytics for end-users.
User Management
Perform user management tasks, including setting up new users, managing profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they understand and utilize the platform effectively.
Monitor system usage and user adoption, implementing strategies to improve user engagement and platform efficiency.
Data Management
Ensure data integrity and quality within CRM by performing regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing activities.
Manage data imports, exports, and updates using tools such as Data Loader, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain data management best practices, including data governance and compliance with organizational policies.
Security and Compliance
Implement and maintain CRM security measures, including profiles, roles, field-level security, and sharing rules, to protect sensitive data.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure the platform complies with industry standards and regulations.
Stay current with security best practices and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
System Maintenance and Optimization
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including installing system updates, managing releases, and monitoring system performance.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve the platform's performance, usability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations, integrations, and third-party applications.
Process Improvement and Best Practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes.
Implement system/vendor best practices and leverage platform capabilities to maximize efficiency and business value.
Documentation and Training
Document configurations, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new and existing users to promote platform adoption and proficiency.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions, issues, and enhancement requests.
What you'll do
Proficiency in English (Spoken, Written, Comprehension) to at least C1 Cambridge English proficiency level.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and user support.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and security models.
Proficiency in data management tools, such as Data Loader, and experience with data import, export, and cleansing.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Experience with integrations using tools such as Zapier, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile project environment.
Experience as a prior software engineer is a bonus, with data integration and front-end development technologies such as Java and Javascript.
