Who you'll work with

Re-architect the existing MVP into a scalable, self-serve SaaS platform.
Design and implement secure, cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on SOC2 readiness.
Define and evolve the tech stack across frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, and automation.
Build and iterate on product features using tools like Node.js, PHP Laravel, React, Vue.js, and WeWeb.
Rapidly prototype using no-code/low-code platforms when appropriate, and transition to custom builds for scale.
Develop and integrate AI-driven features to enhance product capabilities (e.g. recommendations, automation, personalization).
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to ship high-impact features.
Establish and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows.
Balance speed with long-term maintainability, ensuring systems can scale with usage and complexity.

What you'll do

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with strong skills in both backend and frontend technologies.
Proficiency with backend frameworks such as Node.js and PHP Laravel.
Experience building frontend applications using React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms like WeWeb for rapid prototyping.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel) and building secure, scalable infrastructure.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Experience developing or integrating AI/ML features, such as recommendation engines, automation, or personalization systems.
Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, experimental environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance rapid prototyping with scalable architecture design.
Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams.
