Who you'll work with

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to follow up on leads and support ongoing client relationships. You’ll collaborate directly with our Technical Consulting team to understand client challenges and develop tailored proposals and solutions. You will also partner with management and internal stakeholders to improve our sales processes and help guide the organization through its adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values communication, ownership, and continuous improvement.

  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities through timely follow-up and strong relationship building.

  • Nurture and grow existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Serve as the team’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM champion—managing all sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and guiding the team on best practices.

  • Collaborate with technical consultants to understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.

  • Provide responsive customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales cycle.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as processing orders, scheduling demos, and organizing sales documentation.

  • Share insights, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas that improve our inside sales process and CRM usage.

What you'll do

  • 2–4+ years of inside sales experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or Dynamics 365 Sales), with the ability to navigate the platform independently and guide others.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present solutions, and manage customer interactions professionally.

  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating client needs into actionable solutions or proposals.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with productivity tools and virtual meeting software; strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM-driven workflows.

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

  • Adaptability, eagerness to learn new tools or processes, and a growth-oriented mindset.
