We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Expert to lead the integration and optimization of Einstein and/or Agentforce capabilities within our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of intelligent automation and has hands-on experience building AI-driven features that enhance user engagement, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for developing smart workflows using Einstein tools like Next Best Action, Prediction Builder, and Bots, or building autonomous agents with Agentforce to execute tasks and make decisions with minimal human input. This includes working across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. You’ll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business needs, provide AI strategy and training, and ensure high adoption and trust in the tools you help implement.

Role Description

Lead the strategy, development, and deployment of Salesforce Einstein features (e.g., Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery).
Design and implement Agentforce-powered autonomous agents that can execute workflows, analyze interactions, and enhance user experiences.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define intelligent use cases.
Create and maintain scalable, secure AI configurations within Salesforce, ensuring trust and data compliance.
Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing Salesforce workflows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Monitor and optimize model performance, system behavior, and user adoption.
Train internal teams and stakeholders in AI capabilities, features, and best practices.
Work closely with Salesforce architects, admins, and developers to ensure seamless integration and maintainability.

What you'll do

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, development, or architecture.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, including configuration and customization of features.
Familiarity with Agentforce or autonomous AI agent platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model.
Background in AI/ML concepts and data-driven automation.
Experience working with Salesforce AI Trust Layer, privacy, and model governance principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Salesforce certifications such as Einstein Consultant, Salesforce AI Associate, or Platform Developer are a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
