What you'll do
You will be working with our teams to help clients bring their data to life through brilliant visual stories.
Sometimes you will build end-to-end solutions from source to dashboard, and other times you will be working with structured data warehouse / platform teams to enhance existing data models, and build visualization from existing ones.
Solicitation and documentation of requirements
Analysis and synthesis of data
Definition of reporting data models
Development of data transformation and structuring processes (basic ETL)
Development of dashboards and visual views that follow UX standards, brand guidelines and tell unique stories with data.
You will contribute to planning and estimation of workloads in agile and waterfall based projects, and communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations clearly.
Depending on your experience you may also be expected to:
Lead teammates and clients with effective communication skills to produce high-quality data products.
Constantly improve your own skills and contribute your teammates career by coaching and mentoring early career engineers from diverse backgrounds in client delivery and technical growth.
Who you'll work with
You will work remotely with 1 or more clients in North America to help them solve their most complex and interesting challenges across a variety of industries.
You will help to constantly improve our engineering accelerators, training, and certifications programs for our people.
What you'll bring
We are seeking talented data visualization experts to join our growing teams of business intelligence practice professionals in LATAM.
3+ Years experience working in a team or individual contributor environment on business intelligence focused workloads.
You'll bring experience in You should have advanced skills in requirements solicitation and documentation, data modeling, data transformation, and data storytelling, and be proficient in at least one of Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Looker.
You will need advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
You will be working almost exclusively with our North America, Asia, or European clients and must have extremely high-functioning communication skills, be able to navigate ambiguity, and estimate and plan your work in an agile project environment.
