• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and processes.

• Analyze business requirements to identify Salesforce capabilities that can be leveraged for maximum impact.

Solution Design and Configuration

• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.

• Configure Salesforce features, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

• Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.

Project Implementation

• Lead or support the implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure that customizations, integrations, and enhancements are implemented according to design specifications.

• Perform testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.

Data Management and Migration

• Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and loading into Salesforce.

• Implement data management best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decision-making.

User Training and Support

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions, issues, and enhancement requests.

• Monitor Salesforce usage and identify opportunities for user training and system improvements.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Participate in project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.

• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.

• Document solutions, processes, and best practices to contribute to the organization's knowledge base.
