Role Description
Architectural Design and Strategy
Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, including multi-cloud and complex integration projects.
Define technical architecture standards and best practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints and roadmaps for the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor and coach junior developers, administrators, and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Solution Design and Implementation
Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, data models, integration patterns, and workflows.
Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
Ensure the effective integration of Salesforce with other systems, including on-premises and cloud-based applications, using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Data Architecture and Management
Define and implement data models, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and data flows, to support business processes and reporting needs.
Establish data governance standards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security across the Salesforce platform.
Develop data migration strategies and lead data migration efforts, including data cleansing, transformation, and loading.
Security and Compliance
Design and implement Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and field-level security, to ensure data privacy and compliance.
Conduct security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Stay current with industry regulations and Salesforce security best practices to ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, including custom code, queries, and integrations.
Implement strategies to maximize the efficiency of Salesforce processes, including the use of asynchronous processing, caching, and indexing.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Lead the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and third-party tools that can drive business value.
Document architectural decisions, technical designs, and best practices to contribute to the organization's knowledge base.
What you'll do
Proficiency in English (Spoken, Written, Comprehension) to at least C1 Cambridge English proficiency level.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Architect certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect); Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.
7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development, including complex integration projects.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
Proven experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, security models, and performance optimization techniques.
Proficiency in designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working towards this certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing in Salesforce.
Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or other sectors where Salesforce is commonly used.
Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with Salesforce.
