Role Description
Content Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organization’s sales, commercial goals, and overall business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and executive leadership, to ensure content meets business and marketing objectives.
Create content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience, particularly in the technology sector.
Content Creation and Execution
Write, edit, and produce high-quality digital content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics, social media content, and more.
Manage the full content creation lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and deadlines.
Leverage SEO best practices and analytics tools to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
Digital Advertising Strategy
Design and execute digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to grow impressions, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising efforts, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Brand Consistency and Alignment
Ensure all content and campaigns reflect the company’s brand identity and voice, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
Partner with the sales team to develop content that supports specific commercial initiatives, product launches, and other business priorities.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing techniques to inform the content strategy.
Graphic Design and Creative Execution
Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar to create visually compelling content that engages our target audience.
Collaborate with designers and/or use in-house tools to produce marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual content.
Maintain an eye for creativity and ensure that all visual elements align with our brand and enhance the storytelling of our content.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
Monitor the performance of content and campaigns through analytics platforms, adjusting strategy and execution based on data insights.
Continuously improve content by measuring success metrics such as impressions, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of content and advertising efforts.
What you'll do
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
C1 (Cambridge) equivalent in English (spoken comprehension, and writing) - Business Professional.
3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and advertising, ideally within the technology sector.
Proven ability to define and execute digital content strategies that support sales goals and brand alignment.
Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, or similar.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to analyze and report on the performance of content and campaigns.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a B2B technology environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Experience with video content creation and multimedia marketing.
