In this role, you will be responsible for curating and maintaining our company's branding across various platforms, including web content, document templates, storytelling materials, and social media posts. You will work closely with the executive, sales, and consulting teams to ensure consistency in our visual identity and help convey our brand story through engaging and impactful design.

Role Description

Brand Curation and Maintenance

Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
Update and refine brand assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery, to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all mediums.

Web Content Design

Design visually appealing graphics for the company website, including banners, icons, infographics, and other elements that enhance the user experience.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure graphics are optimized for web performance and responsive design.

Document Templates

Create and maintain branded document templates for internal and external use, such as presentations, reports, proposals, and newsletters.
Ensure that all document templates are consistent with the company's branding and are easy for other team members to use.

Storytelling Materials

Design engaging storytelling materials, such as case studies, brochures, and marketing collateral, that effectively communicate the company's message and value proposition.
Work with content creators to translate complex information into visually compelling narratives.

Social Media Design

Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics for social media posts, including images, animations, and video thumbnails.
Collaborate with the social media team to develop content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet project goals.
Provide input on visual strategy and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and storytelling initiatives.

Asset Management

Maintain an organized library of digital assets, ensuring that all branding materials, templates, and graphics are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Manage the version control of design files, ensuring that the most current and approved assets are in use.

Quality Control

Review and proof all design work before it goes live to ensure it meets brand standards and quality expectations.
Collect feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to design materials as needed.

What you'll do

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or branding-focused role.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Experience in designing for web and social media, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Apps, Web technology.
Figma, Canva.

Ideal Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

You will work with our teams in Seattle USA, and LATAM. You will primarily work with our internal executive, sales, and operations teams, but on occasions you may also work with our consulting teams for clients.
