In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of these platforms to support our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and effective solutions, operating across Finance, HR, Payroll, and other domains. Your expertise will ensure that our business applications run smoothly, meet organizational requirements, and drive efficiency across the company.

Role Description

Platform Administration and Configuration

Manage the day-to-day administration of business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or similar ERP platforms. You will be familiar with the inner functional and technical management of modules across HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Inventory, and logistics.
Configure and customize the platforms to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Monitor system performance, ensure system stability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

User Support and Training

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, helping them understand and use the applications effectively.
Develop and conduct training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate user adoption and system utilization.
Address and resolve user issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive user experience.

System Maintenance and Optimization

Perform regular system maintenance, including applying updates, patches, and security settings.
Optimize system performance by implementing best practices and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.
Monitor data integrity and perform routine data management tasks such as data imports, exports, and cleansing.

Process Improvement and Automation

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the platforms.
Design and implement automated workflows, reports, and dashboards to streamline business processes and provide actionable insights.
Evaluate and recommend third-party tools or add-ons that can enhance platform capabilities.

Integration and Data Management

Manage integrations between business applications and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
Maintain data quality and integrity across platforms by implementing data governance practices and performing regular audits.
Work with IT and development teams to design and implement complex integrations using APIs and middleware.

Security and Compliance

Ensure that business applications comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.

Project Management and Collaboration

Participate in or lead projects related to the implementation, upgrade, or enhancement of business applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Provide input on project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

What you'll do

Proficiency in English (Spoken, Written, Comprehension) to at least C1 Cambridge English proficiency level.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as an administrator for enterprise business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of business application configuration, customization, and integration.
Finance and HR systems module knowledge (AR, AP, Expenses, Payroll, HR, Learning)
Experience with workflows, automation tools, and data management within platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
Understanding of system security, user management, and compliance best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, SAP Certified Application Associate, or equivalent.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.
Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
Experience as a software engineer that has configured and customized ERP systems deployments using common languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar, to create back-end and front-end features.
