Who you'll work with

Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and configuration of Workday Financial Management modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements. Provide expert advice and recommendations to optimize their Workday Financial Management system.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of Workday implementations and upgrades.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to client teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to use Workday Financial Management tools effectively.
Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to Workday.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute testing plans to validate the functionality and performance of Workday Financial Management modules.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of Workday Financial solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other finance professionals, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Workday systems.

What you'll do

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Workday certifications in Financial Management are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Financial Management implementations and consulting. Prior experience with financial systems and ERP implementations is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Management modules and tools. Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Client Focused: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction.
